Patience, Comfort, and Hope

St. Simons beach blue-1 KJV HOPE

Perhaps you are in a season where you find it hard holding on to hope. That’s okay. You’re not alone. Many people struggle in hopeless situations.

In Romans 15, Paul encourages his listeners to search the scriptures because they were written for our learning. Nestled between the lines of instructions, we find comfort to endure.

Never give up! Cling to the promises of God. Have patience and take comfort. There is hope. His name is Jesus!

What situation are you finding it hard to hope?

The Mark of Love

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:37-40

Our outward show of love for God and people enables the world to see what has taken place inward. Let us be ready to share the hope within us.
