Let the People Praise Thee

To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song.
God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.
That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him (Psalm 67).

I came across this psalm last week during my morning studies. I thought it was a great scripture to open the month of November.

Do you have a favorite praise or thanksgiving scripture?

    • The 23rd Psalm is one of my favorite and one of the first scriptures I memorized. One of my favorite books A Shephers looks at the 23rd Psalm by Phillip Keller. I think you might like it. 🙂

  1. My favorite book of the Bible is the 23rd Psalm. It’s just so encouraging and the more things I go through, the deeper its meaning.

  2. This is a good one! Thank you for sharing! I’m hoping to memorize Psalm 100. I only have the first sentence so far. It’s not too long though. And it’s special to me because I know it’s one of the Psalms my Grandmother had memorized. 🥰
